Don't take it the wrong way! I mean harsh as in what you recommend is sharply different than what we have. Slight criticism= "change color", moderate criticism= "format change", harsh or severe criticism= "change everything"...you definitely said to change everything, from the domain name to the format to the content and methods of discussion. I do not mean harsh as in intended to cause offense or to be mean.

WP MU and WP are merging codebases soon...I am thinking of adding all sorts of things then. The reason I ask is that I received some rather harsh criticism on our format recently, and while I could rebut some of it, I also want to take some parts seriously. A wiki might be a good idea...we had one, if you remember, back at the beginning, but no one used it. If I populated it rather than wrote the book (or a bit of both) and then went live with it, that might encourage more participation.

What about Google Wave, or lots of plugins to allow for media, news articles, links etc, all relevant. Wave looks amazing for that, lots of fun!
