The reason I ask is that I received some rather harsh criticism on our format recently, and while I could rebut some of it, I also want to take some parts seriously. A wiki might be a good idea...we had one, if you remember, back at the beginning, but no one used it. If I populated it rather than wrote the book (or a bit of both) and then went live with it, that might encourage more participation.
